Payments: All payments made on this website will be made to The Education People (Outdoor Learning) who operate Kent Children's University. Your bank statement will read KENT COUNTY COUNCIL. This is a one-off payment for either £25 (one child), £45 (two children) or £60 (three children)and membership will begin from the date we post the Welcome Pack to your home. Parents/carers will be emailed at the end of their 12-month enrolment to see whether they would like to extend their child's membership for another year. Details for how to do that will be included in that email. Registration details: In order to process this membership, parents/carers will need to follow the instructions in the Booking Email they receive upon paying for their child/ren. This will include completing a registration form and emailing it to kcu@theeducationpeople.org Discount code: This discount code is unique to VSK carers and is only applicable for the memberships created for the children in their care. The code can only be used for one purchase. You can add more than one child in care to the Shopping Basket, so the discount only applies to all eligible Please note that if you have entered the discount code to the portal, we will check the name/s of the children listed on the Registration Form with VSK to confirm eligibility. If it is discovered that the children registered are not eligible for the discount (i.e., not a child in care), a full refund will be given so you can take out a £12.50 place instead. Welcome Packs will be sent to carers once eligibility checks have been made. Family Membership subscription after your discounted period: Should you wish to continue with Kent Children's University after your discounted 12-month period, you would need to re-register for a FuturePay agreement. The FuturePay agreement will begin 7 calendar days after you have registered for new KCU Family Membership. If you choose to cancel your future subscription, you will be able to do so via World Pay. Your membership would then run to the next renewal period. Please note that this Family Membership is an ANNUAL subscription until you cancel (your current membership would be for 12 months from the date you pay). This means that you would need to cancel the subscription if you did not want to continue with KCU for more than a year. After that cancellation date, your details will be removed from our direct email database and your children will no longer be eligible to received certifications or invitations to Graduation ceremonies. 2022 Children's University Kent Children's University™ is run by The Education People on licence from the Children's University Trust (CU Trust).
